We are excited to announce a new feature, an Alexa Skill, which allows you to ask your Amazon Echo device questions about us and get answers. The Boston Mutual Alexa Skill can be enabled by simply telling your Amazon Echo device, “Alexa, enable Boston Mutual”. Once enabled, you can ask things like: “Alexa, ask Boston Mutual, how do I find a representative?”, or “Alexa, ask Boston Mutual, how do I get a copy of my policy?”, or even “Alexa, ask Boston Mutual, how do I file a claim?”. We are always here to answer any questions you may have and look forward to seeing how you use this new feature!
