Payment Options

We offer four options for you to make your payment on your insurance policy.

  1. 1. Pay Online

You can conveniently pay premiums online for select individual insurance policies through our Paymentus partner.

We offer the option to make secure payments using your bank account information.

Please make sure to have your policy number and the last four digits of your social security number ready to get started. In order for your payment to process correctly, we ask that you please be sure to capitalize your policy number.

  1. 2. Set up an Electronic Funds Transfer

Additionally, you can pay your premium with an electronic funds transfer set up directly from your financial institution. To set up an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please complete the EFT Authorization Form here:

  1. 3. Pay by Phone

You can pay your premium by phone at 1-877-624-2249 during our business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. ET – 5 p.m. ET. When you call in, please select the option to make a payment over the phone.

  1. 4. Pay by Mail

You can also pay your premium by mail. To mail your check or money order, please send it to:
